The role:  Customer Success Supervisor

The Role

We are looking for someone who can help share the story and vision of what the Spherics platform contributes to the Net Zero movement. We want someone who understands the importance of Customer Success in a SaaS business, and who is passionate about people and our planet.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Customer Success professional, able to build strong, trusted relationships with our growing customer base  that leads to recurring revenue. 

Being emotionally intelligent, observant and able to communicate effectively are key attributes. We need you to help be the voice of the customer/user internally as the business grows, helping to steer platform development in a user-centric direction.

Understanding all aspects of the customer experience are vital. The role will involve getting to grips with a new CRM; we will welcome those who can think differently and seize opportunities for innovation in how we onboard, support and deliver the right outcomes for our customers. 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Ability to build relationships with our clients as a trusted advisor
  • Fulfilling customer requests whilst demonstrating professionalism and empathy to ensure they feel valued
  • Working cross-functionally with technical teams
  • Experience of onboarding users to a SaaS platform is preferable
  • Developing strong customer relationships through excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Identifying opportunities to grow accounts
  • Able to work within a small but growing team

Responsibilities 

  • Fulfilling customer requests whilst demonstrating professionalism and empathy to ensure they feel valued
  • Work cross functionally within various technical teams (Data Science & Engineering) and industry experts to design and develop Decision Intelligence solutions
  • Providing excellent customer service and responses on behalf of the company through various communication channels
  • Support the Head of Customer Success with managing customer expectations and keep delivery in line with the scope, reviewing any additional requests with the sales team and customer to ensure the impact is understood
  • Educating our customers on our services as well as the different channels they can utilize to engage with us directly
  • Developing strong customer relationships through excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Planning and managing any client meetings or reviews needed, whilst also aligning with internal team schedules and deadlines.

Requirements 

  • Previous experience as a customer service or success advisor, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • A focus on taking ownership to resolve issues and help customers
  • Comfortable communicating effectively at all levels
  • Excellent collaboration skills
